Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned after satisfactory KYC verification and after all outstanding wagering requirements have been resolved. la444 is not liable for losses arising from account closure initiated by the player.
